Adding a New Channel

  1. From the Main Channels Screen click the add new channel link.

  2. Select a unique name for the tag that you will use to refer to this channel and type it into the tag field. As an example, a tag for a channel might be “features”.

  3. For the Title type in a short description of what the channel contains. As an example, you might type in “Featured Pages From Our Site”. This title will not appear with the channel except when used as an RSS feed. If you are not syndicating to RSS, then the title is more for your own reference.

  4. Optional. For Description type a short description of what the channel contains. Description is only used when syndicating via RSS, but may also be helpful for your own reference.

  5. For Syndicate RSS select No if you do not intend to publish an RSS channel, or select Yes if you would like an RSS feed to be created.

  6. Click save changes and your channel will be created. You can now begin to add pages to your channel.
