AmericasMart Launches with Dictator CMS

The new site was designed and developed by Ryan Cramer Design working in collaboration with Selman and Associates and the AmericasMart web team to launch this high-traffic, large-scale web site.
Dictator CMS allows AmericasMart’s numerous departments to manage and make updates to the web site with ease. Custom modules were designed and built to handle several unique aspects of the site including the web-based company directory and search engine.
Because the web site often receives several hundred concurrent connections, the AmericasMart web site uses Dictator in a load-balanced multiple-server environment, and uses Dictator’s smart caching system to ensure web site availability during periods of high traffic.
